At Desikrafts, we want you to shop with confidence. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the saree is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can assist you. Exchanges can be requested after return approval by placing a new order. Refunds, once approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Sale items, customized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
